This website is operated through an external hosting provider. When you
access the website, the server automatically processes technical
information required to deliver the website. This may include your IP
address, access date and time, the requested page, browser type,
operating system, transferred data volume and referring page.

This processing is necessary to provide a secure, stable and error-free
website and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is
the secure and reliable operation of this website. Server-log data is
retained only for as long as necessary for operation, troubleshooting
and security.

3. Cookies and analytics

This website currently does not use analytics, advertising or marketing
services. Technically necessary cookies may be used where required for
basic WordPress functions or website administration. They are not used
to create personal advertising profiles.

4. Contact by email or telephone

If you contact me by email or telephone, I process the information you
provide. This may include your name, contact details and the content of
your enquiry. The information is used to answer your enquiry and, where
applicable, to prepare, arrange or provide a tennis lesson.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a
contract or pre-contractual steps. In other cases, processing is based
on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is responding to and
managing enquiries.

The information is deleted when it is no longer needed to handle your
enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.

5. Contact through WhatsApp

This website contains a link to WhatsApp. A connection to WhatsApp is
established only after you select that link. If you contact me through
WhatsApp, your telephone number, profile information, messages and other
information you provide may be processed by WhatsApp and by me.

Using WhatsApp is voluntary. You can contact me by email or telephone
instead. Further information is available in the
WhatsApp Privacy Policy for the European Region.

6. Links to Facebook and Instagram

This website contains ordinary links to my Facebook and Instagram
profiles. It does not embed social-media feeds or social-media plugins.
Simply visiting this website therefore does not transmit information
through these links.

If you select one of these links, you leave this website and the privacy
terms of the relevant platform operator apply. Further information is
available in the
Meta Privacy Policy.

7. Recipients and international transfers

Personal information is shared only where this is necessary to operate
the website, respond to your enquiry, provide a service or comply with a
legal obligation. Potential recipients particularly include the hosting

unauthorised interception. However, complete security of information
transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
